GBL is headquartered in an 8,000 square foot  facility in Camarillo, California. With multiple networked labs and conference rooms, this facility is frequently used by GBL and its customers to host meetings and technical demonstrations. In addition, GBL satellite offices and staff are located in Torrance, California, Sierra Vista, Arizona and Suffolk County, New York.

GBL is currently seeking "top of class" systems/software engineers ranging in experience from none (Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields) to many years of experience. Most positions require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or already have) U.S. Government security clearance.

Desired knowledge, skills and expertise include systems analysis, test data management, requirements specification and analysis, risk analysis and mitigation planning, real-time operating systems and environments, embedded systems, middleware, artificial intelligence/intelligent agents, integration and testing, and knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) methodologies and processes.
